Our volunteers coming from Spain and France for 8 months, will be expected to take part in several activities, tasks which are related to Bodrum Dance Club’s aims and goals for future strategic plan.To promote Erasmus plus youth program and EVS among young people and creating awareness on Eurpean citizenship will be key points. Working in EU Projects and EVS office: They are expected to take active part on creating website of Dance club and International Bodrum Dance Festival,updating websites according to upcoming events and activities going on in the club. Apart of that designing posters,flyers, e-newsletters and editing our Club’s newspaper, will be one of the tasks of volunteers. Finding partners from other European countries for upcoming projects,looking for opportunities to attend dance festivals being held in different locations of Europe,creating a calendar of European dance events and making archive of application procedures,creating a database of dance and youth organizations from Europe for invitation of upcoming Bodrum Dance Festival are some of the office tasks for our volunteers. Working in Dance Practice Hall: Volunteer will be responsible to help Dance instructor during the practices between the period of October – May season. Promotion Events: Making contributions to the organization with their ideas and critics in the meetings in the preparation stage of the organization, developing organization skills by helping to the downstage and backstage activities during the dance shows and competition organizations, public relations and taking place together with the officers in welcoming the coming guests, Youth in Action introduction events in high schools and city ,EVS stands and promo events in university and city center are main events which volunteers will organize and attend during their service.
