For the second time, within two-month short-term voluntary project the Estonian team consisting of 4 unemployed young people, together with other local and international volunteers, will assist in preparation and organisation of annual International Alternative Theatre Festival "Faces Without Masks" that takes place in Skopje, in spring 2011. Project aims to foster artistic and other forms of creativity through non-formal and informal education, to emphasise cultural diversity as significant source of creativity and to give young people with fewer opportunities skills that are important for their successful personal and professional development: leadership and organisatoric skills, language abilities, team-work, communication and adaption skills, and intercultural awareness. The volunteers will assist to theater troupes from different countries in preparing performances and workshops, setting up the stage, in organising promotional activities of the event, welcoming artists and guests and also develop their own creative workshops for local children and youngsters. Volunteers will gain experience in planning and organising international culture event, besides they will have an opportunity to participate in workshops about theater play, street theatre, pantomime, as well as in workshops about work within YinA Programme.
