With this application we want to further expand our international ambitions and capabilities (quality and quantity) as described in our "Internationalisation" policy. We start with two partner schools and during the project we further expand our network. Here we focus on the possibilities of joining an existing consortium, Europea ( International) and expanding our own network of companies and partner schools. For our international ambitions, we have formed a project group internationalization. This projectgroup consists of teachers of VMBO and MBO, the internship coordinator and a member of management. All members of the project have experience in our previous international projects.For the student is a foreign internship of great value in his future work. The student will seek or accept employment easier across the border. Language and social skill will be greatly increased, as also they develope their citizenship competencies (Developing the ability to adapt to an environment with different standards and values). They grow as global citizen.Collaboration with partner schools has a significant impact on our students and employees. Knowledge sharing, network division provides development for all.The goal is to provide 10% of our level 3 and 4 students an internship abroad during the "zomerBPV". The long-term goal is that each level 3 and 4 student comes into international contact during their study. For this, we want to create several possibilities. We think of international internships, attending classes abroad, international distance learning and exchanges.Through various ways of communication (newspaper, internet, social media, etc.), we want to inform our community about our international ambitions and experiences . Participants will play a structural role in this.
