Since already some years VFQ GmbH offers a variety of consulting and qualification services for women 50plus. These services in particular are designed for long-term unemployed women searching a possibility on the back into employment as well as for women searching for a carrier development or professional change by creating an own business. The social goal of the activities is the creation, contribution and development of a positive image of employment or start-up foundation in higher age / by elder people. Due to the visible and well-known changes in our society we are sure that there is an increasing demand for our activities and therefore we will need (and would like) to improve our competences in this field proactively. We intend to visit organisations in Germany which are already working with the same target group of women 50plus. The main target of our visits / meetings is to learn about the services (contents, behaviours, consultancy approach, methods and education / pedagogy). As consequence of our improved competences we would further develop and extend our services. Finally we will discuss with potential partners further cross-border projects for our common target groups.
