In the EVSfest project will take part 10 young people from Hungary who will provide support for 59 days in June-July 2016 in the organization, execution and completion of the Summer University of Tusvanyos which gathers many youngsters from all around the Carpathian Basin.During the EVS stage the volunteers will have the following roles:1. Promoting Summer University through various means: displaying posters and distributing flyers in the region, the publication of various materials on the website and social media, making flash mobs for promoting the event2. providing support in setting the camp: painting, designation of the place and putting the tents, repair fences and houses, etc.3. planning, preparing a program for European tent that will operate during the summer university event and implementation of activities. The main mission of the tent led by EVS volunteers will be the promotion of the Erasmus Plus Programme (particularly European Voluntary Service) among the visitors.4. planning and implementing a recycling program in the territory of the camp: the volunteers will create various materials for rising awareness of the visitors on the importance of recycling5. implementation of intercultural evenings for locals6. offering help in closing the campsite after the end of the summer universityThese varied activities and tasks will enable volunteers to develop many competences such as initiative and entrepreneurship, positive awareness of other cultures, foreign language competence and communication on mother tongue and so on At the end of the EVS the volunteers will receive a detailed Youthpass, the content will be set based on the weekly evaluations.
