Our project "EVS – a journey from competency to entrepreneurship" include participation of 30 volunteers from all over Poland especially coming from places and regions covered by the largest unemployment rate. The young people involved in the project will be mainly the youth will less entrepreneurial, coming from less-privileged. These people deserve more approval of such kind of projects, because in their environment is often not any chance of development. Our project will provide them with the best way to their self-development, acquiring of new skills and experiences, and what is the most important - the key entrepreneurial characteristics that allow them to raise their acctractiveness in today's labor market, both at national and European level. New skills will help the volunteers to better understand the today’s reality and will help them in the search for future work. In the project we have planned 2, 4 and 6 months activities in various parts of Europe – Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Croatia, France, Romania, Spain, Greece and Germany. The objectives of the project we divided into two groups: 1) The general objectives of the project: - supporting the international mobility of young people; - supporting young people in acquiring skills in order to expand their capacity for self-development and increase the chance of employment in the European labor market and abroad; - supporting young people from less privileged backgrounds, with fewer opportunities; - increasing the capacity of organizations active in the field of youth work in order to offer activities which better meet the needs of young people in Europe and beyond; - the promotion of non-formal learning and cooperation in the field of youth with the partner countries. 2) The specific objectives of the project: - involving 30 young people aged 18-30 years in the free and conducted a full voluntary activities in different countries of the European Union; - to provide the best conditions for the development and / or growth of entrepreneurship in the EVS volunteers, which are the target group in the project; - ensuring a strong volunteer activities affecting their self-development and to improve their position in the labor market by raising the level of key competencies and skills; - using of the experience of the project to improve the quality of youth work among partner organizations. Every new project, and every young person participating the EVS activity need an individual approach, teach us new organizational solutions, affect the methodology of our work by giving us the opportunity to continuous improvement. We believe that the implementation of the project "EVS - a journey from competency to entrepreneurship" will improve the quality of our experience in working with young people, especially those with less opportunities, what will improve the quality of our future projects, and just the EVS projects.
