The volunteer will help team to implement activities of the association on the field of culture, turism, graphic design, education, international projects.. Working with young people in various fields volunteer will get social and personal skills, group work skills, learn how to allocate his time, highlighting the priority activities, will get acquainted with our country's culture, customs, and traditions, will acquire the language and communications skills. He will learn how to solve problems and will be able to attend non-formal education seminars, inter cultural learning, and language learning activities. Volunteers will work five days per week (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) in young collective of participatory students. In case of uncertainties their work schedule will be revised taking into account their needs and circumstances. Tasks will include social-cultural activities and other occupational activities that are performed in the institution. Volunteers will be encouraged to devote their time to youngsters. We will organize all the training process on the basis of learning from experience and other principles of informal education of the youth. --active participation through arts -work on project management, cooperating/co-creating projects -help with organizing workshops, music, thematic evenings, sports activities organizing outdoors; -help the association staff with administration, care the premises; -we’ll give all the opportunities to implement volunteer’s activity and to initiate his ideas. -promoting EVS projects – Youth in Action While working in our institution EU volunteers will be considered as full members of the team having the same rights and responsibilities as other employees. They will be able to make their contribution to development of activity projects. Their activities will be coordinated and planned.
