„EVS 4 ALL" project was created in the context of EVS continuation together with 2 organizations located in Ursynow in Warsaw and also beginning of European Voluntary Service in Integration Kindergarten in Mokotów. Coordinating organization is "RA i DO" Foundation International Support Center for Youth and Adults . Main goal is coordinate presence of 6 volunteers (3 EU states, 3 states from Partnership Countries ) in 3 Hosting Organizations working with and for people with special needs.Visits by foreign volunteers in Hippotherapy Foundation, Maja Association and in Integration Kindergarten no. 45 will enrich potential activities organized for people with special needs. Diversify and enrich this program offered to dependents while contributing to acquire high-quality skills and qualification Volunteers. This project also aims to promote diversity, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, hosting organizations will be provided with atmosphere of diversity, dissimilarity, tolerance and openness towards the other people, their language, culture, religion, appearance, idea and values. All the project activities will be held on the period from August 22, 2016 to July 31, 2017 (11 months + 1 week).6 volunteers will participate in the project: in Hippotherapy Foundations volunteers from Armenia and Spain. In Maja Association for People and Friends of Profoundly retarded Individuals – volunteers from Belarus and Georgia. In Integration Kindergarten - volunteers from Spain and Slovakia. All the volunteers were selected after 2 rounds of selected process: evaluation of CV and Motivation Letter and also skype interview. Selected individuals were the ones who showed the greatest interest in the subject of the specific projects and desire to learn the prospect of further use gained knowledge in their country of origin or in their plans for future life.Working methods during the EVS in hosting organizations will be mainly based on action "learning by doing"In Hippotherapy Foundation: - Work with horses and assistance during Hippotherapy - Work with children and youth with disabilitiesIn MAJA Association -Work with adults with medium and deep mentally dysfunction - Work as a support/company person to excursion to museum, exhibitions, and outdoor activities - Assisting during therapy workshops (ceramics, culinary workshops, painting)Integration Kindergarten no. 45:- Work and cooperation in multidisciplinary team (general educator, special educator, psychologist, neurologist, physiotherapist- Get to know and try to use different methods how to work with children.Results are: - initiated activities in the area of EVS as a host and coordinating organizations - Innovative and improved methods of action towards the target groups by providing more attractive programs for dependents (disabled) and volunteers according to their needs and expectations - more effective actions for the benefit of local communities - promoting volunteering as a method of working and learning for both volunteers and community working with people with disabilities- broader range of learning opportunities and leisure activities for young peopleLong-term benefits:- Continuation of EVS in both host organizations and developing relations with the other organizations in Ursynow/Warsaw.- Gaining vocational, language and cultural skills through International volunteers and local mentors.
