The establishment of general European standards in the last years requires common actions for Europe’s countries. The project related to Erasmus+ programme give an opportunity for collaboration in the field of the professional education. The present project aims to help in a long-term plan the professional improvement of our students giving them the possibility to upgrade their experience in their professions – such as – Technician of Computer Systems and Autotransport Technician and solve one of the problems of the young people after graduating school - the lack of practical experience as an obstacle for finding a job in the profession. The users of this project are 20 students from the Vocational High School, Vratsa. Here they are studying the specialties as IT and Technics, Computer Network, Automotion Technics and Automotion Equipment. They will be given the possibility for practicing in vicational centre, Germany. The partner of our school is bbW vocational centre in Frankfurt (Oder) . The students will be trained in a real working environment which will help the improvement of their professional skills and successful realization. Such a training is included in the curriculum of the relevant specialities. To improve their practical abilities the students have to work with modern equipment to communicate and see how to specialists work. We are running out of suck resourced and the partner organization is giving us ones. Our students will improve their skills working with modern equipment will get in touch with perfect monitors and specialists. They will learn more about team-work. The participants in the project will be accompanied by 2 teachers who will help them during the journey and the mobility. They will be engaged in monitoring and the students' evaluation. The mobility will continue 3 weeks, from 21th June 2015- 12th July 2015. The main goals of the project are: - Improvement of practical knowledge and abilities in the creation and reparation of Computer Systems and Networks and the maintenance of Modern means of transport. - The students will learn new technologies practicing in a supportive and real working environment. - They will be taught in accuracy, politeness, honesty, discipline and team-working. - Improvement of their language skills, their conversational and technical German. - They will learn more about the German culture and Customs. This project will contribute the improvement and enrichment of students' competencies. They will be motivated to take part in the process of education. The improvement of language skills will help them to use German Reference Books and other Specialised German Editions and Literature by themselves. During the training the participants will acquire individual skills as accuracy, punctuality, discipline and team-working abilities. We hope that working on this project we will create harmonious partnerships. Our main goal is to share exchange ideas, curriculums and specialists and future mobilities. Regarding the stability of results and looking for a multiplier effect we are engaged to share our experience with the partners from other schools.
