In June 2016 youth educational organization Be International is going to hold “Everybody Welcome” training course in Kaprálův mlýn near the city of Brno. This training course will be designed for 24 youth leaders and youth workers who want to become anti-islamophobia ambassadors and tackle roots and consequences of discrimination and hate speech against Muslims. Participants will develop a booklet on tools how to prevent and tackle Islamophobia and develop their own project idea which they will implement in their communities. Six European Union countries will attend 9 days long training course designed by Be International. Be International has implemented several successful trainings on Hate Speech and public actions and has cooperated with Syrian community on local level. 9 days long program will be implemented through non-formal education methods which will be used to fulfil these objectives:- to give space to youth leaders and youth workers who are conscious of discrimination and hate speech against Muslims to reflect on their volunteering and activists’ experience and react and assign value to their role as anti-phobia active ambassadors- to accept the attitude of intersectionality and anti-bias approach while tackling islamophobia, carrying holistic approach towards discrimination and hate speech and understanding how prejudice, discrimination and hate speech are born (roots) and what role of youth leaders and youth workers in this process could be (turn them from passive witnesses to active change-makers)- to analyze the situation of Muslims in the European Union and connect them to information about islam and migration. - to analyze good practice examples in tackling islamophobia- to independently conduct project management and include strategic approach to activities which tackle islamophobia. To automatically conduct need analysis and choose the most appropriate users from Muslim population and target group from majority population for their activities- to automatically conduct and think about disseminating results of participants' activities in media and among their customer segment- to solve problem of islamophobia while using non-violent communication technique, critical thinking and critical reading
