Monitor damages and evaluate stress factors potentially causing damages to the spruce stands in several countries of the Baltic region, and to elaborate international network of experts for exchange of knowledge on cross - border distribution of forest pests. Achievements: At the fifth Joint Seminar of Priority Area AGRI (on 29th August 2013) it was reported that the project is in starting phase and that some networking has taken place.
