Low results of professional examinations with social problems and lack of professional experience cause that still approx. 50% of the graduates of the school have problems in the labor market. Internships national vocational courses within the framework of existing projects were important for students to gain knowledge and practical skills, but only partially met the needs of students in vocational qualifications. Completed internships and trainings in the country caused great interest of students and their parents and the Directorate ZS in Szczuczyn in terms of taking further action and follow-up internships among students from other classes. Students and parents pointed out that the trips would be valuable mobile internships or practice in an international environment. This form of support in addition to the development of skills, would give young people the opportunity to develop entrepreneurial, creative and increase language skills.The school has extensive experience in the context of internships and national practices. In a practical apprenticeship in 2014 it was attended by 80 students. Implemented internships and practices were implemented in ponadprogramowym mode, which means that students participated in them its own initiative. These were the forms of acquisition of practical skills, the scope of which goes beyond the framework given for professional practice. The fact that the students so enthusiastically participated in them, on their own initiative signed up to participate, and completed internships at the teacher inquired whether the school still will be implementing similar internships, strongly motivated to submit the project for mobility abroad.The project will include two 3-week internships, which will be attended by two groups of high school students (15 students each).Departure for 3 weeks was established jointly with the teaching staff and parents. It will be sufficient to refer to the organization of work companies, which will take place internship. Shorter time did not allow that to achieve the objectives of the project.The project participants (interns) are students ZS in Szczuczyn of professions / specialties:techniques vehicles samochodowych- 1 and 2 groupEach group of trainees will be accompanied by two attendants. The first trip is scheduled for April-May 2017, the second April-May 2018 in the period of compulsory school placements. Partner will implement the program approved by the parties internship with local employers in the industry appropriate to the profession.The main objectives of the project:- Support pupils in acquiring competencies (specialization in car mechanic) in order to advance their personal development and to increase the chances of employment in the European labor market and beyond its borders,- Increasing the foreign language skills of the participants (in English. English, English. Lithuanian),- Increase the capacity, attractiveness and international dimension of training at the Technical ZS in Szczuczyn,- The acquisition by the students new experience and skills in an international working environment,- Raising the level of key competences and skills through learning mobility and international cooperation of 30 students to V in 2018.Also:- Improving academic performance;- Employability and better career prospects;- Increasing the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship;- Increase self-empowerment and self-esteem;- Increase intercultural awareness;- More active participation in society;During the trip, participants will learn the specifics of Polish working abroad, learn the ways of working in the profession, will use modern programs support the operation of a car mechanic. On completion of the project will produce a report detailing the results of the project. Presented in it will be tested on a regular basis the effects of the project, ie. Whether as a result of the project has been raised level of professional skills, English, Lithuanian, but also welcomed participants from foreign organizations apprenticeships, with conditions while like.
