The Euroregional Skills Analysis Network (ESAN) will provide cross-border analysis of the changing labour market to enable evidence-based decision-making in the planning and funding of lifelong learning, vocational training, workforce development and related economic development issues on both sides of the Channel.The ESAN will work on the guidance of a steering group, composed of a representative of each of the three partners (KCC, LSC and NPDC Regional Council) acting in consultation with cross border stakeholder organisations to assemble a network of professionals and analysts knowledgeable in appropriate areas of analysis, to carry out analytical studies and widely disseminate results.
