In today`s world the economy changes very quickly and it is necessary to prepare young people to these changes. The main purpose of the project is to organize a four-week professional training for students of the third year of education in technical school by Italian institution Sistema Turismo, by Germany instytution Berlink. The professional training will be organized for 74 o11 visits for teachers of vacational teachers In Poland the project will be realized by Zespół Szkół no.2 in Nowa Dęba and in Italy by the Sistema Turismo Agency, in Germany by the Berlink Agency. The practice will take place in Germany and Italy. The purpose of the project is increasing skills of students, learning of international technology, to acquire the practical skills, the use of the latest information technology in vocational training. Taking part in the project, students can learn about different customs and traditions of European countries and they have an opportunity to speak in foreign languages. It can be a chance for increasing mobility of students and employment in Poland or abroad. A subject of the project is associated with learning new skills for future mechanics, hairdressers, economists, information technology workers, as the potential employees. Implementation of the project will help to raise the professional qualifications, to promote an active attitude among the young people, co-operation, culture of foreign countries. These actions will improve their communication skills in foreign languages and help to build mutual ties. Having professional practice far from home, abroad, the students will learn how to be independent, to adopt to the new environment, to improve their self-confidence and self-reliance. We hope the foreign practice will make that our students will be more open to new challenges. They will aware of their new skills and it gives them better chance in the labor market. Teachers will experience new technology and methods of teaching and they can cuse that the quality of education in our school will be higher. After finishing the Erasmus programme these knowledge and skills enrich our local environment, students, authorities and partners. Having the Erasmus Certificate and Europass- Mobility in CV increase their chance in the European labor market in the future. It will be undoubtedly an important period in their lives and can have a determining effect on their future. During this project, we will co-operate closely with partners to improve the quality of education. Institutions participating in this project will be enriched with new knowledge and experience and it will result in new projects in the future.
