The project ”European ApprenciteshipEurosukces” realized in the 31.10.2016-30.10.2018 is aimed at students of RCEZ in Nisko. As the participants, we will consider students of the given fields of study: economic technician, advertising technician, land surveyor technician, altogether 32 participants. Student’s apprenciteship will be conducted in companies in Malaga , Spain; in two tours, 16 participants in the 13.02.-10.03.2017 tour and 16 participants in the 26.02.-23.03.2018 tour. The main aim of the project is to introduce the participants to the mobility process, moving freely in the job market, supporting learning process of the participants, gaining and using knowledge in order to enrich themselves personally and increase their chances for permanent employment. The main areas of the project are: to establish cooperation with the intermediary institution, to establish rules of cooperation and division of duties among partners, to plan the organization of professional apprenciteship in Malaga, to conduct the apprenciteship andto evaluate the project results. In the long run the project realization will provide it’s participants with: improvement of their cross-cultural and personal skills, increase the chance of employment in their field of study, in the given region , country or even the EU itself, increase of professional and language skills, gain self-esteem that the participants possess unique set of professional skills allowing them to become confident specialists in their field of expertise. Due to the vast importance of the project to the students, disseminating actions will be conducted. Inter alia,after the return of all the groups from the practice and completed evaluation, a project evaluating conference will be conducted.
