EUROPEJSKA PRAKTYKA SZANSĄ NA ROZWÓJ ZAWODOWY

In this Project takes part 60 pupils. These students are from Vocational School( 30 students) from different profiles:
Hairdresser’s, Carpenter, shop assistant, confectioner, cooker and also
Technical Collage ( 30 students) from profiles such as: hotel’s technician ( 20 students), nutrition and catering technician ( 10 students).
This is an amount of groups and profile:
Group 1 - Vocational School (10 students - Hairdresser’s- class 2)
Group 2 – Technical Collage( 20 hotel’s technician- class 2 and 3)
Group 3 – Technical Collage ( 10 nutrition and catering technician- class 2)
Group 4 - Vocational School ( 10 – class 2 - cook)
Group 5 - Vocational School (10 - shop assistant, confectioner, Carpenter )
The Project is scheduled for 24 months from 1 st September 2015 to 31st October 2016. These students will participate in two weeks’ practice in Stredni Skola Obchodu remesel a slużeb in Żamberku and in Stredni Obchodu a Slużeb in Lanskroun and Mallow (Ireland). These schools engage education, training and development professional skills in service, gastronomy and hotel’s industry.
They have at their disposal the most modern and high-tech machinery, devices, workplaces to study. The apprenticeship will be hold as a professional practice for students of Technical Collage and also as a practical classes for students from Vocational School. Every group go away with an attendant from school.
The Project was prepared with cooperation with local employer’s organizations who provided a lot of effects, sensations and reflections connected with this Project.
Taking part in this project is a result of requirement to increase professional competences of future employees in such fields like hairdressing, business, tourism and needs to gain practical work experiences on the high level. The main reason of training will be raising and acquire new, practical skills is these fields ( hairdresser’s, shop assistant, confectioner, carpenter and gastronomy field in occupation cook in the Vocational School and Nutrition and Catering Technician and Hotels.
Students familiarize themselves with the most modern technology and material solutions and also the newest equipments and machines which are necessary to do basic activities in these above-mentioned professions. The participants of this apprenticeship will be able to practical support of many equipments, machines and do the wide range of services connected with haircutting, modeling, stylization and technique and traditions of cooking in the Czech cuisine, room service in Ireland. The goal of taking part in this apprenticeship is also improve English and Czech communication skills in a work environment and develop their career-specific vocabulary. Students will have more opportunity to learn more about Czech and Ireland’s culture and customs and visit interesting tourist attractions in Pardubice, Prague in the Czech Republic or Mallow in Ireland.
The conformation of acquired skills will be the certifications which will be the additional advantage in applying for a job in European labor market too. Participants acquire new professionals competences. Thanks to new professional intercultural experiences the students reassert their power of personality and increase the chance of employment in trade, service and hotel industry in the country or even abroad. Taking part in this training help to increase mobility of young teenagers who will be competitive in the local and international labor market. The project will contribute to increasing attractiveness of vocational education and promoting school environment. As a sending Institution we ensure a wide dissemination of project’s ideas such as the Internet website, published in the local media, Erasmus+’ Day. We provide a higher quality of this venture.
During the staying abroad the participants gain both specializes professional competence and intercultural and also knowledge and skills which help them in further development career and will be competitive, flexible in the labor market. The professional practice in the Czech Republic and Ireland help to develop not only professional competences but also social, personal, intercultural and linguistic too which are necessary nowadays. At the end of this practice participants receive appropriate certificates which confirm their skills during this practice.
