The project entitled "The European Mobility Enhances Students' Professional Competences" has been prepared by The Complex of Schools No. 1 in Miechow in cooperation with the German company VITALIS Betreuungsgesellschaft für Modellprojekte mbH. The main objective of the project is to improve the level of professional training, especially to develop the knowledge and skills of the Miechow school students.The specific objectives of the project are to raise the level of knowledge of German culture and European values of the 19 students of the Complex Of Schools No. 1 in Miechow, obtained by the means of traineeship and cultural program in Germany by the end of May 2017. Also, to improve the students' professional skills, to develop their knowledge of professional foreign languages, to develop the qualifications of teaching staff in project management and the ability of international cooperation through the implementation of the project until mid-2017.The implementation of the project will improve the quality of professional training in our school. Students who take part in foreign traineeships will learn about modern technologies in their professions, at the same time they will develop their professional, communication and personal skills. They will boost their confidence, openness to other cultures and they will learn to be more resourceful.The participants of the project will be 19 students who specialise to be economics technicians (7 students) trade technicians (7 students) and food and catering technicians (5 students). They will participate in several stages of the project: first they will have preparatory linguistic, culture and pedagogical classes, then they will go to Germany for a 3-week traineeship. The trip is scheduled from 23rd October to 11th December 2016. Finally, the students will take part in the activities related to the dissemination of project results.After completing their mobility the students will receive two certificates from the host organization. One will be the certificate of traineeship attendence and the other will a personal form containing individual feedback infromation from the tutors. The students will also be awarded with the European certification tools such as the European Credit Transfer System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) and Europass Mobility.
