We are planning to organize a youth exchange on Action 1.1 of the Youth in Action Programme. The main topic will be the youth unemployment in the EU - trends, different methods for overcoming this problem, community action required to be taken in order to decrease the level of youth unemployment. The discussion during the exchane will concern mainly youth unemployment in the member-states which are involved in the project and Turkey. Other topics of the agenda will be: measures taken by the national governments to fight youth unemployment, powers of youth NGOs to influence the decision-making proccess on national level and EU-level; which countries in the EU have the lowest and the highest percentage of youth unemployment and what are the main reasons for this figures; solutions for improvement of students' career orientation. This youth exchange will help ofr exchange of knoâ-how of the participants regarding youth unemployment and different youth initiatives organized to resolve this problem. The exchange will take place in Sofia, in the first decade of September,2011. The participants at the project will be selected by selection procedure, led by our NGO. The method which will be used are presentations, discussions,role games etc.
