European Regions Enhancing Internationalisation of Vocational Education and Training

The Partnership has the aim to build up a sustainable network of European Regions to enhance mobility in vocational education and training. Synchronically the partners plan to compile standards for mobility projects for the target groups IVT and VETPRO and to instruct vocational institutions they are in charge of, to upgrade the quality of mobility projects using these standards. The partnership wants to realise the main aims of the Copenhagen process, learning mobility, recognition of vocational degrees, transparency in vocational education and training and cooperation through a close connection, using the Europass instruments and doing the first steps toward EQF and EQVET.Members of the network will be:- Regional school authorities (NUTS levels 2 or 3)- Networks/clusters of schools of one region- Big schools or school-centres (if the region is not involved in mobility projects). In two preparatory meetings of the partnership, after setting its objectives and after assigning priorities, the decision was made to establish the network within 5 conferences with different aims, focuses and target groups. 1.
