European Project Management for Regional Public Administrators

The project aims at fostering the dialogue between the academic world (of Moldova, Romania, Hungary) and Moldovan regional public administrators to enhance better governance of EU policies and increase cooperation capacity through EU project management knowledge.The project objectives strive to carry out statutory activities of ECSA-Moldova, ECSA Romania, in promoting EU studies; to bring EU good practices in project management to Moldova; to enhance greater visibility of EU project management knowledge in Moldova; to develop synergistically open resources on EU project management knowledge from a pragmatic perspective a European perspective; to contribute to the development of better dialogue between the EU and Moldova; to capitalize and publicize of EU project management knowledge in Moldova; to contribute to stimulating new forms of EU-EaP cooperation between academics and public administrators; to promote EU values in Moldova.The project activities follow to organise a cycle of 2 training seminars in EU project management for Moldovan regional public administrators by implying EU and Moldovan experts; to organise a cycle of 2 study visits for trained public administrators in the EU (Romania and Hungary); to publish the book “European Project Management”; to organise ECSA-Moldova annual board meetings on action’s progress; to disseminate project’s results various levels.The envisaged impact of the action produces a greater awareness about EU projects and programmes among Moldovan public administrators; enhances employability of Moldovan public administrators and career prospects; reinforces cooperation of Moldovan public administrators with EU partners; promotes EU project culture; results and resources go beyond direct and indirect beneficiaries; improves connectedness in building confidence measures with the EU by common projects; promotes European networking and cross-fertilisation practices; encourages commitment to promotion of EU studies in the long run.
