The coalescence of Europe will lead to new ways of mobility, employment but also qualification. Being competitive, especially in the highly mobile construction sector, requires appropriate qualifications, its comparability and transparency among the employees. Thereby the further training of he middle site management is the central task. That requires the use of highly qualified education staff with great construction site experience. But these experts usually lacking pedagogical and methodological qualifications. Four major goals identified, therefore, the presented project: (1) competence development of the training staff, (2) module development at transnational and national level, (3) module testing / usage and (4) integration in the national trainings systems.
