This intensive course is intended for vocational
teachers who teach English in secondary schools or
further education. It offers participants the opportunity to
• practise and refresh their general language skills
• discuss relevant teaching methodology
• address job-specific vocabulary and language
• share experience and views with colleagues from other regions
• find out about Scottish culture
• learn about the Scottish education system and working in Scotland
Past participants have taught in the following areas:
business administration, hospitality and tourism industry .
