For Nantes-Terre-Atlantique school, leader of the national consortium of public and private agricultural education institutions, this EUROPEA+ project is the 3rd with the same one strategic aim: input ECVET into French educational practices. It fits a double challenge: 1-continuing to convince and persuade with arguments 2-introducing ECVET as a facilitator lever. The EUROPEA+ project aims to provide the consortium members with an easy and practical final production to do, a way to help them to understand 1- how relevant the ECVET system is; 2- proceeding step by step, 3- assessing what has been achieved with previous projects as most valuable and 4- naming SMART this 1rst result = Specific, Measurable, Achievable Realistic and Timed. Waiting for the complete regulation about ECVET from Ministry for Agriculture Education, the consortium relies on the European Recommendation which gives the adequate experimental space to set the project: working on informal and non-formal learning (INFL) and / or outside any partnership agreement, and partly certifying informal and non-formal Learning Outcomes (INFLO). This CERTIFICATE, given in the name of EUROPEA + project, is based on a list of individual results for each involved actor (student, teacher, institution) and validates these INFLO as most appropriate to translate transversal behavioral and managerial skills issued from this experience in Europe. Each actor of the project, including European partners, is involved in this committed team work to achieve the European Plan and Strategy of the consortium.Led by the conviction that being competent is "knowing ... the variety / variability of concrete situations", the expected final production for EUROPEA+ project focuses on the interview of the learner for a first job = concrete enough this significant situation is revealing skills which are poorly explored in schools, in France nor in Europe = the trainee will make a short VIDEO, oral report about these INFLO, framing this presentation within 2mn30, using convincing words to express it results. The challenge will be more demanding for the beneficiaries of the project's key measure: 50 X long lasting mobility of at least six weeks. Indeed, the Bac-Pro schoolboy will soon face the recruiter for the working world. Duly prepared with the EUROPEA + project, he knows better how to say the benefit issued from the internship in Europe: that makes the difference with other graduates, for all have the same certification of their knowledge and know-how.By following this Bac Pro pupil, one can grasp the magnitude of EUROPEA + project : selected by his teachers about his ability to understand the tools of the project, he’ll have, for example, a specific preparation which contents and teaching methods are built by national steering committee and implemented by the regional technical committees : detailed presentation of INFLO, the whole evaluation unit, the frame of video production with the 4 expectations from a recruiter… The whole structure of the project, in the school as various committees, and the whole consortium will be in action and support his progress up to the final consecration with the Final EUROPEA + project Certification, assessing that the pupil has helped to achieve the objectives of the project.This is the theme of the project dissemination campaign which aims to reinforce the expected impact on each actor, member, adherent of France EUROPEA and expanded to European meta-network, EUROPEA International. With EUROPEA +, experimentation is Specific, training possible and results Achievable; Timed over 24 months with readable steps and a color code showing what each has to do and when; each actor has its Realistic roadmap and the project management is designed to help Measuring progress at each stage of the project. Experienced tools and iterative process ensure both monitoring and evaluation.Name of project EUROPEA + reflects aims and means : going on with the work already done, all together with EUROPEA networks, to plug into the practices of Enseignement Agricole, ERASMUS+, ECVET & AA (=LO).
