This project entitled "European Chance II?; is a
project of learning mobility under the Erasmus + aimed at students in the
intermediate level programme.
The main objectives are:
In relation to our students:
* Increase the professional skills of our students,
and other language skills such as self-confidence, promote multiculturalism,
respect and flexibility, etc.
* Decrease the early abandonment and increasing
progression of the ESO to vocational training intermediate level. Where
appropriate for those who do not go to owner motivate and prepare them for the
entrance examination.
* Enabling the European vision of the labour market,
with new approaches to existing offerings.
2. In relation to the participating teachers:
* Acquisition of new specific methodologies of the professional
sector.
* Acquisition of new educational tools that motivate
the students.
* Increased language skills.
Initially, the mobilities would be practices in training centers but ultimately, they took place in companies.
The mobilities that were carried out were:
Electronics Department
5 boys from the Telecommunication Facilities Cycle for 21 days in April 2015
1 teacher for 8 days in the month of April 2015
They conducted a learning mobility in vocational training center (Zespol Szkol Licealnych i Technicznych nr 1) and companies in the area of Warsaw, Poland.
Administration Department
4 students (2 boys and 2 girls), students from the Administrative Management Cycle, who conducted a mobility training for 15 days during the month of April in companies in Geldern, Germany through the center Berufskolleg des Kreises Kleve in Geldern.
One teacher who held a teaching mobility at the center for 7 days in March.
3 students (2 girls and 1 boy), who for 7 days in the month of September conducted a mobility of graduates in several companies (Agenzia di Viaggi Jacopone da Todi, "Lorenzo Leoni Library" and Hotel Tuder)
Three teachers who conducted training mobility Stage Company, Vicenza, Italy. (Stage). Initially they were going to make it in a more distant place hence the difference in travel.
We keep for 3 years an excellent relationship with the agencies and companies welcomed. With them we share initiative and enthusiasm for training and best practices establishing a collaborative relationship that has been maintained over the years. With the addition of new companies in Italy, fruit of the search result of the administrative department coordinator, we expect to expand the success that ensures close cooperation.
Once students are informed and advised by broadcast systems (own fellow participants, coordinators, departments, networks, etc.) and submitted your request through the coordinators of each department, Elisabeth Clares and M. Dolores Ramírez. We proceed to the selection of participants through an evaluation based on the criteria published on the web and on the notice boards that transmit equity and transparency are awarded and published the streets by the relevant committee.
Once vacant positions were unoccupied, we repeated the same system to award new graduates, prior authorization of the National Agency, the interested parties.
To four vacancies in Germany of Administration, three of the participants who had already applied for a mobility training practices to Germany, they were awarded by the procedure established as a graduate mobility to Italy as no more applications were submitted.
By the same system the commission formed by the director and the coordinator of each department allocated places both applicants training teachers as teaching once and have filed a report with the activities programme and goals to achieve.
The departments of Biology and Geography taught preparatory and culture of the host country talks.
Linguistic preparation:
Students:
Flow Poland: pre mobility, English, Polish, during the first week of mobility under OS.
Germany Flow: English and introduction to German. Before mobility.
Flow Italy: Italian. Before mobility.
Teachers: made ??a commitment to its linguistic preparation in English or Italian. The teacher that teacher mobility has made ??language training.
Follow up:
Students, via email weekly report endorsed by the host tutor. Professor report via email and phone.
For the dissemination meetings were held with invitation to families, business, educational community, authorities and media where participants presented their experience, was advised and presented to businesses.
