Europe volunteer project "Children's and Teenager's Personal Development by art styles". Our organisation "Modellierton" e.V. provides development of children and teenagers through different events, concerts, projects and festivals beyond the school walls. Nowadays dancing is one of the favorite activities among young people. Teenagers who can dance could make a good impression. Children could be involved in an active lifestyle, while participate in dance projects, provided by voluntier. Working in a team could help to develop personality and leader skills. Making dance in a group is a very usefull teambuilding activity. Unfortunately, not every family is able to pay for an expencive dance studious and this project becomes a good opportunity to try oneself in dancing. Most participants are the children from bilingual families with an immigrants origin. With help of volunteer will be built an appropriate atmosphere for self development and maintenence of bilinguality, which is important for integration of youngsters. Besides, volunteer will listen to German speak from native speakers in everyday life, which is very helpfull for learning. Young people from both sides will recieve a new knowledge of other cultures and hopefully will use a new experience in the future. In the context of the project, the participants gain the following skills and capabilities:-Self activity and productivity (through planing, preparing and implementation of lessons)-Theoretical and practical knowledge in the respective fields of volunteering in Germany.-Intercultural communication competence due to work in an international context.-Social skills (working with a group and in a group; communication skills)-Language and verbal skills-Media concepts and creative thinking.
