Students who after having completed their vocational training will get ready for the European labour market and expand their foreign language skills. This field of education in particular plays a great role at our school. Throuhg this project and during the phase of preparation, our participants will be aware of the fact that foreign languages nowadays are an important instrument for their future career. Our experience shows that especially communicative skills belong to the most important strengths. We are convinced that this project will make an essential contribution to this. It is planned that our students will stay in enterprises for two and four months, respectively. At the same time, professional and social competences are to be developed aiming at further shaping those skills that enable them to manage tasks autonomously and on their own by using the theoretical knowledge gained at our school. Another aim is to get to know different cultures and to live in them. As a result of this partly controversial process, we expect our students to develop a tangible increase in the development of their personality. This aim seems to be important to us within the European framework. In agreement with our partner institution, our participants will do their work placements according to their field of training. The project will take place in 2016. At the same time, we are striving for a higher and qualitatively new stage in our educational training through the job sharing activity. In the focus of attention is the introduction of bilingual lessons at our institution. One of the aims of this project is to prepare a joint project the contents of which will be discussed with our partner institution.
