Starting from an initial study on the wants and needs of our center, there is the need for a training project at European level to serve as transverse axis to transform our school. The CEIP CIUDAD DE OSCA is a primary and infant located in Villanueva de la Concepcion, Malaga, Spain. We have a total of 328 students and 28 teachers and professors. We could say that is a school located in a rural area with many projects and programs in place, which highlights the enterprising spirit of teachers. The participant will be teaching the center staff with the following profile: Knowing leagues in basic or medium level, involved in various educational programs and projects of the center and with some experience in educational innovation. A teacher open to change, teamwork and collaboration. A thorough and transparent selection process shall ensure that the personnel selected for each action is suitable. Train to change. Under this motto we intend to conduct various training activities to carry out draft changes in our center and the methodology used. Actions in the field of foreign language, but also in new technologies or learning projects. We intend to look at other centers and other ways of organizing and transferring work to the best of each in our daily work. And even more, we want to experience even from within, by visiting other centers, the organization and functioning of important institutions of the European Union, to copy these successful ways of working. We see various actions. Training leagues. A total of eight brothers and sisters will be formed at different levels of English and French. two new technologies and six visit a center of the European Union to contrast the project work as methodology and the experiences with pupils with special educational needs. In addition, five members of the management team will visit another school to learn ways of successful organization. We seek to make ours a school in which they work according to the time in which we live. With the integration of the foreign language as clear and unequivocal commitment, with the use of new teaching methodologies that effectively facilitate the acquisition of life skills, with the use of new technologies in every educational steps . We want a modern school and a teacher, adapted to their time, integrated into the European reality and motivated and determined to educational improvement and innovation. We want a more effective and efficient center, with teachers who start working in groups, to share their experiences and to collaborate with partners in various projects.
