The current crisis affects most the vulnerable young people. To strength the youth work on the professional and political level can promote the integration into the job market and into the society. The aim of the project is to understand the European policies concerning the young people with fewer opportunities (youth, social, education and employment) in order to act. A person working in the coordination of international youth work is active in a European Network in the heart of Europe, in Brussels 2 months within the framework of a Jobshadowing. Through diverse activities (work on project, exchange and discussion with diverse stakeholders and research) the coherence and link between the formal, non-formal and informal learning have been more clear, also the stakeholders. This supports an Internationalisation of the organization: The diversity of services and activities is bigger, they contribute to participation of young people with fewer opportunities into the society and to development of their job perspectives. The project expects an impact on the participant (expertise, professional and personal development) and on the organisation through wide participation into the concerned issues on the European level and through close network and cooperation with diverse stakeholders.
