Our center aims to bring our teachers and students towards greater European Citizenship, both formal and non-formal learning. Our efforts in both learning were obviously led to all our students and also to try the reinforcement of two special programs of our centre: the Bilingual Sections and Excellence Program (a type of non-formal learning and on schedule out of school which is now important in our centre). We designed this project which aims to teacher training and also indirectly to the students. Teacher training took training courses in which the linguistic and didactic knowledge were expanded. At same time, the teachers involved initiated contacts during training courses with teachers from other countries in order to create new Erasmus+ KA2 projects. The training of students stands for training their teachers first since these teachers will be better trained to impart classes and to organize Erasmus+ KA2 future exchanges with foreign colleagues who attended the same training course. This training will improve the educative community all around the school and, as a side effect, will also allow an improvement of Bilingual Sections in English and Excellence Program. In short, the main idea of this project is to improve teacher training in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language ​​because this knowledge will be transferred to the students in our centre as the best classes and more school exchanges, or in other words, greater European Citizenship awareness.
