The project has consisted in the realization of 20 mobilities with a period of time of two weeks. 20 students in initial vocational training that have taken place at different centers did several transnational professional practices.
Students of Day Centre Labour Integration of minors The Rogle (4 students), student-workers that belong to the employment workshops of Alcoy (8 students) and Pedreguer (8 students) have been in Vicenza (Italy) in a single stream 20 students in total.
The mobility was based in the methodology of the European program "Europe Chantier" to start and development of a European identity training. The students travelled in groups, and developed his experience working and learning together with workers of the Italian organization for the entire stay.

* Students of Day Centre Labour Integration of minors The Rogle (Ontinyent City Council)
Mobility Flow: 4 students.
The group of participants consisted of 4 students Workshop Basic Restaurant and Bar Operations. Mainly students consisted of adults aged between 16 and 21 years, at risk of social exclusion. A majority have graduate in Secondary Education, and mostly was the first time they received a formal vocational training. As students of employment workshop have received initial vocational training Level 1 in the areas of Hospitality and Tourism.
* Employment Workshops (Alcoy City Council and City Council Pedreguer)
Flow Mobility: 16 student.
The group of participants consisted of 16 students of Employment workshops. Students mainly consisted of adults aged between 25 and 55 years with labor insertion difficulties and at risk of social exclusion. A majority have graduate in Secondary Education, and mostly is the first time they have received formal vocational training. As students of employment workshop have received initial vocational training Level I in the areas of masonry, gardening and forestry work.
After mobility done by the two groups it was observed a substantial improvement in the ability to:
-. Improving intercultural competence
-. Increased learning ability
-. Fostering teamwork and interpersonal relationships
-. Increase the chances of their mobility as European workers
In short, it has significantly improved the employability of participants and has promoted the concept of European citizenship.
During the project it has proceeded on the following identified needs among students:
-. Lack of confidence when they have to work outside their immediate work environment
-. Ignorance about other labor markets and their ability to labor mobility at European level
-. Need to expand their work experience with different working techniques
-. Ignorance about the concept of active European citizenship
-. Low knowledge of languages
-. Low level of intercultural competence
Also it was sent 11 teachers and educators in employment workshops and workshop schools, who participated in the projects developed by APEU, aged between 18 and 65 years. As for his studies, they participated from highly qualified professionals with university graduates.
The impact and results obtained with these teachers have been:
-. Expanding the possibilities for personal and professional development as a teachers
-. Promote the exchange of technical content and experiences on teaching methods with other European professionals, allowing students who can not participate in a mobility scheme can benefit from the knowledge and experience of staff of vocational training institutions in other European countries.
In summary, it improved vocational training and promoting professional relationships with other European centers.
To this end, participants performed a week of technical visits. It were sent two streams of different mobilities (6 Professionals to Germany and 5 professionals to England) . They exchanged information and practical work with training centers of European partners. That enabled to learn about the system of vocational training in these countries and, therefore, extract and develop new ideas to improve training programs in the area of Valencia.
Regarding Shipping Associations and APEU Association strengthened its international dimension. The project has led to the creation of links with other European institutions professional and occupational training and has encouraged other vocational training institutions to broaden and enrich the range and content of courses they offer.
