ZSTiO “MERITUM” is a safe, dynamic and modern school with tradition and wide education offer. As well as being demanding, it provides comprehensive development of students. The school prepares to future academic education and adjusts to the needs of students and the market. In the field of vocational education the school fully realizes both theoretical and practical vocational education for economists, IT specialists, mechanics and mechatronics.The school realizes vocational educational practice using its own extensive basis and successfully cooperating with different entrepreneurs.The main target of Vocational Education in ZSTiO “MERITUM” is an integrated course helping the learners to succeed in the requirements of the modern world, performing professional job and actively contribute in the changing, competitive world and developing labour market.“Euro Experiences in Practice" is a project involving foreign vocational training for ZSTiO “MERITUM” students. The project conforms to the needs of constant improving of the educational level, key competences and skills of the participants. It also realizes the purposes included in the European Plan of School Development.Participating in the project allows the members to achieve following goals:- expand students acquired practical and professional knowledge- broaden their foreign language competences- find the opportunity to meet and understand German society, culture and traditions.In general taking part in this project makes it easier for the students to be a partner of equal terms and fulfill the requirements of the modern European labour market. The participants of the Project mean to be the third year students of economics, IT specialists, mechanics and mechatronics, being of full legal age and having adequate professional and language experience. This will permit to take part in the foreign vocational training and enable their further, efficient development.We are planning to form two groups consisting of 10 persons undergoing 28 days vocational training .ZSTiO “MERITUM”, the author and the contractor of the project, after the recruiting action, declares to make all the arrangements connected with the Vocational Practice in Germany, organized and provided by Berufsbildungsverein Eberswalde e. V.in Bad Ferienwalde and in its neighbourhood. The main organizer will also ensure introducing the aspects of social engagements.Vocational training will be accomplished in the following terms:first – from 02. 05. 2016 to 29. 05. 2016second – from 02. 05. 2017 to 29. 05. 2017The Project in the whole completion of the contract will be monitored by both partners in the organizational factual knowledge and financial range. The Project will be estimated for evaluating the results of the two carried out trainings.In the process of monitoring and evaluating the partners will take advantage of their observation, interviews, questionnaires and the analysis of documents.The realization of the project allows its participants:- to improve their level of key competences and skills particularly in the range of their usefulness for the labour market and contribution in the cohesion of European society,- increasing the sense of their own values- development of foreign language skills and the promotion of language variety in European Union and multicultural consciousness - to raise their awareness of the needs of professional mobility on the European labour market- to achieve the certificate of Europass-Mobilitypartners:- the improvement of the image of institutions in their surroundings- increasing their own experience in vocational training- raising of quality of work performed- widening of international network of professional contacts.Intending long term benefits, due to the fulfillment of the realization of the project is construction of the active and creative European society. The Project also helps to create flexible European society equipped in the best components that make business activities easier and more successful.
