Due to the importance of training in entrepreneurial skills and the support of teachers with adequate training programmes, this pilot project wants to develop a competency-based teaching method and content development for SME’s based on previous experiences and specific needs of SME’s. The methodology that will be used will be a combination of several educational methods through blended learning, including home learning from books as well as e-learning, tutorial support and online workshops. Main target groups of the project are employers/managers who need to obtain some managerial experience and need to improve their entrepreneurial skills, teachers/tutors of participating organisations and experts doing incubation and preincugation of entrepreneurs in the European Union. The products that will be available after the project are: a specification document on entrepreneurial competences, branches and trainer competences, paper-based design and digital prototype, guidance and online tutoring and incubating model, train-the-trainer course, repository, online modules and an interactive website. Valorisation activities will mainly focus on the creation of a dissemination network on three levels: within the partnership, outside the partnership through an information platform and by informing specific target groups and organisations at the national and European level.
