The project take part in 2 hosting organisations, wich both are sensitive about sustainable development and ethics. The place of the volunteers is important in projects, they are part of the team providing a special atmosphere thanks to their youth, culture and knowledge.This EVS project will give the opportunity to for ten youngster to be a long term volunteers during the period of July 2016 to December 2017. they will support the team on different profiles, from the most easy who can participate and help in everything to the most specialize on communication, promotion, organization of events and entertainment, logistics, setting up and animation of seminars and Workcamp, discovery of environmental awareness and preservation of green spaces; discovering and promoting exchange and intercultural learning, non-formal education and most of the Erasmus program, Communication to develop a friendly eco tourism, customer reception and internal communication, development of communication media, updating of websites ...Our objectives are to promote intercultural experience while promoting youth employability through skills acquired in the project. It brings more mutual enrichment between the volunteers and our structures, and allow young people to live a new experience in a foreign country that will give them an enriching both personally and professionally.The expectations of the participants should be directly related to the activities of the two hosting organisation in order to best meet the expectations of young people. Volunteers will be asked to participate in different activities, and each will be given specific tasks to perform in terms of goals setting together on the arrival of the volunteer, during the first month.The volunteers will participate in the management of daily life (cleaning of public health space), preparation of lunch with the staff and the construction of small articles of wood, clay or stone.Of course the method used is none formal, volunteers will learn by observing and doing. They can take advantage of our skills and experiences to deepen areas of interest. Sometimes mini training will be given to better control certain tools (CMS, Facebook, photo and video, software camping, Excel, ...) In exchange, they will give their time to help organizations that host them to develop.
