Due to the fast pace of technological innovation within the communication and information sectors, new training paths are required to acquire the necessary skills in the electronic editing sector. Technological innovations create the need for new professional profiles that are able to manage and use new communication and information technologies to produce multimedia texts and E-market products. The project will have the following phases: project planning, researching training needs in the sector, activity planning on the basis of the data produced, module planning, training curricula planning and validation, monitoring and finally evaluation and testing. The final product will be based on the results of the research into the training needs of enterprises within this sector. The project will target young people in initial vocational training and employees within the communication and editing sectors in the form of continuous training and improving their adaptability to the technological innovations within the sector.The results and products will be disseminated through meetings, organised events and web sites.
