Aiming to prepare our students for a changing European labor market, our staff needs hereby transversal cultural skills and a deep knowledge of project management. We want to give students the opportunity to open their mind to European diversity by organizing structured practical experiences.Intercultural competence applied to project management will allow our teachers to communicate with other partners in Europe, regardless of the type of school or of the subject taught.Our headmaster has chosen four members of our stuff, who have a strong interest in further training abroad and dissemination of their knowledge in order to enable other colleagues to successfully cooperate with European partners in a sustainable way, in order to enhance the opportunities of our students to become competent actors in the European labor market.Through a well-structured and well-organized project management we will ensure that multilingualism will become a solid foundation on which a true European spirit can develop, thus inspiring in our students mutual interests and skills such as the willingness for an international vocational training.
