Background:The regional labor markets will continue to develop more and more in the direction of European markets and thus pose particular problems for future graduates of our school. Students should be prepared already during the training to these particular requirements (language skills, knowledge of other cultures ...). To teach our students those skills we need teachers who have experiences in intercultural teamwork and who have knowledge about the european labor markets. For such projects, it is necessary numerous partners in other European countries to know and build a network, to which the students can draw.Project objectives:- Strengthen project management skills of the college and motivate for European projects - Strengthen foreign language skills- Build networks to European partners- Strengthening intercultural skillsNumber and profile of participants:The 3 participating teachers should:- motivated to conduct European projects- pass on acquired skills to colleagues and students -- motivated to increase their language skills, possibly learning new languages and cultures.Description of the measures:Participation in intercultural project management training coursesMethodology for project implementation:The workshop for intercultural project management should increase the intercultural competences. We wish to ntegrate these competences in our concept and the lessons. However, new european project should be initiated by our teachers.Description of expected results and impact and potential long-term benefits:As a result of the seminars, we hope a boost of motivation first for the participating teachers and then also in the entire college. In future European projects should be regularly performed at our school. However, we wish to build new partnerships with partners in other European countries. One result of this expansion of our school offer will be that our students are well prepared for the new requirements in the labor market and thus have a better chance to be entrusted by potential employers with specific tasks.
