Since 1999 our organisation Schkola has been having an effect on the field of cross-border activities in tri-border region Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. All our schools have their partner schools near to the border, so that they can meet regulary and organise events together. With help of this advanced training we want to initiate our new development strategy. Experiences that have been gained in our region should be proved in Europe. To manage this, we need to encourge our potential. The training in Porto is an optimal opportunity for us. Our representative Kamil Prisching is a long-standing employee. Apart from his teaching activities, he is the head of the department Neighbourhood and langauage. All our schools have been working according to this concept. He also works in project management. Until now he has applied for many projects, implemented them and accounted for them. Deutsch-tschechischer Zukunfsfond, Euroregion Neisse (Ziel3). From this andvanced training we hope for increasing his knowledge of intercultural project manangement all over Europe. Erasmus + looks like ideal opportunity. All his newly gained competences will be shared with other colleagues within a teacher conference. Our goals for the future are to implement following topics: -School partnership with countries from Eastern Europe and Western Europe. -Teacher Exchange, Visits, Shadowing -Advanced trainings for teachers -Foreign language assistanst for our school -to build school networks -to organise pedagogical congresses and conferences
