This is a project between a group of youngsters from Finnish Kamuset group and Croatian and Spanish scout groups. The project happens in Finland. There are 60 participants and 15 leaders in the project. The main topic is to appreciate yourself: get to know your strengths and weaknesses via feedback you get from the others, observations you make in teamworking and sport. We make personality tests and analyze how does it effect in our working with different kind of people. We make a practise of first impression and compare our first impression to the impression after some days. The result may clear us something. We make personality tests. Then we hike one day in Lapland in teams where we have as homogen teams and as diverse teams as possible. The two days are similar. Afterwards we should see that team is better if you have different people in it. To make Erasmus+ visibility is made in Swamp Soccer tournament with two sport teams and fun club. Also the bus we use in Lappland is equipped with the posters. When we move as a group we use Erasmus+ bags.
