The ERASMUSCORES II project is submitted by a partnership leaded by the society of regional development "Alcores Development, sl" which is an instrumental body of the municipalities of Carmona, Viso del Alcor and Mairena del Alcor, which from 1993 decided to join forces to apply for programs and projects related to the improvement of living and working conditions of their towns.The rest of the partners are : > The OAL has the purpose to facilitate an improved training in Carmona, non-formal education, including attention from young people from the failure and truancy, to the preparation of entrance exams to college to major counseling and employability, particularly economic promotion of tourism and assistance to individuals, supporting businesses and boosting employment. > IES ARRABAL: It is a public school of the town of Carmona that teaches: VET Electrical and Power Plant, Machery, Administrative Management, and Administration and Finance. > IES MAESE RODRIGO It is a public school that teaches the lessons of secondary, high school and vocational training modules belonging to the Professional Family of Hotels and Tourism, Cuisine and Gastronomy, Catering Services, Adult Education besides.As to the overall objective of the project is above all to promote the employability of young people in Carmona and allow higher labor integration through the region thanks to an improvement in their professional qualifications through labor, social and cultural experience .To achieve this fundamental objective the consortium has established a number of specific objectives, which are:- Achieve a specialization of the participants based on their training and work experience through quality companies directly related to their professional profiles.- To improve language skills in a second European language.- Answer the labor demand of the industries served.- Encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment.- Creating synergies between public and private actors in the municipalities for the promotion of youth employment and training of quality.- Promoting equal opportunities for young people in rural and urban areas, between men and women and between immigrants who perform work in conditions little respecting human dignity.ERASMUSCORES II sectors are therefore those that deal with professional families of cycles taught at various institutions of the consortium:- IES Arrabal: Machinery, Administrative Management and training facilities Electrotechnical equipment- IES Maese Rodrigo: Cooking and Gastronomy and Catering.- OAL: Vocational training for employment, administrative, linguistic, ICT, socio, tour, Specialist in aeronautical manufacturing, among others.ERASMUSCORES is aimed at 20 young people between 10 and 30 years old who are attending any of the training programs offered by these training centers. These 20 young people will have the opportunity to have a 6 month long mobility experience in quality companies in one of the countries selected, with the exception of France that limit the time for internship (that is not remunerated) to a maximum of 3 months. This will not only be a professional experience, but it will be a life experience which will enable young people to develop competencies and new social skills.To support the project consortium in the organization and monitoring of placements in the destination countries, they will collaborate with intermediary members, who have extensive experience in working with these types of participants: EUROYOUTH, Lisbon (Portugal) , PARTNERSHIP EUROPE, Cork (Ireland), AEF, Florence (Italy), and CAPULYSSE, Burdeos (Francia). Besides the intermediary partners, ERASMUSCORES II count also on host companies where participants could make their practices in two waves previews: graduates in June 2015 and graduates in June 2016. These partners will provide the internship to young people and offer them a training program tailored to their profile and career prospects.ERASMUSCORES II will develop a methodology to monitor all project activities at all stages, and evaluate all interested parties as detailed throughout memory.
