“Decebal” Technical College aims that through "ERASMUS+ step by step” Mobility Project, the placements will become applied, attractive and useful for the participants (people in the initial training) in order to their access for a job after graduation.The mobility goes beyond the pure labour aspect, it can contribute significantly to the fight against the school dropout, emphasizing new perspectives on the attractiveness of technical education.The purpose of the project:To acknowledge the importance of training in a natural transition from school to the active life through a good training based on practical activities since inferior level of the highschool..We propose the following objectives:Overall Objective: - Creating the professional development opportunities for students to acquire a qualification for which there are opportunities to employ and to adapt to technological changes specific to modern economy.Specific Objectives:O1. The development of key competences and practical skills specific to a qualification field for a better transition to upper secondary level and preparing the transition from school level to the active life.O2. Skills development for living – knowledge,skills and abilities necessary for personal fulfillment, knowledge of at least one foreign language, active citizenship.O3. The consolidation of national and international connections of “Decebal” Technical College – Applicant for the development of cooperation between labour and training.The partnership consists of “Decebal” Technical College from Drobeta Turnu Severin and Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego from Wroclaw, Poland.The target group consists of 30 students who are in initial training at “Decebal” Technical College, including: 15 students (stream I), 10th grade, who professionalize the junior high in the basic training: Mechanics, in upper secondary education qualification: Mechanical technician for maintenance and repair, 15 students (stream I),10th grade, of the basic training: Electric, in upper secondary education qualification: Electrical Technicin.Periods of mobility:- stream I (13.03-31.03.2017 ) and (19.06-07.07.2017) stream II (15 students from 10th grade +2 attendants)/ stream for 90 hours of training and placement at CKP.The project evaluation will be done by using specific tools for assessment – questionnaire, analysis of documents, an interview to assess the degree of objectives and results. These items aim the professional development of participants, the linguistic acquisition, the experience of living and working in another country which are validated by international certificates – Europass Mobility- and language training certificates, participation certificates recognized by the sending school through ECVET.The project sustainability is ensured by actions of presenting the experiences gained by participants and the best practices within the local community members and also the rural communities from which they come, in order to increase the employment of graduates.The project impact on “Decebal” Technical College in the school year 2016-2017 expects: - full achievement of the Tuition Plan by increasing the attractiveness of educational opportunities and the sustainable development in the technical field.- To reduce the absenteeism and the dropout by providing specialized modules (laboratories and training) according to curriculum requirements and active laws.- The development of the european dimension within school policy- To increase the confidence that schools and European programs provide real chances of success of professional insertion- To improve the language teaching- The development of management and the school image in the community.The project is in accordance with the “Erasmus+” Program which has enlisted the theme of intervention in early school leaving, the access for disadvantaged groups and the priorities for reducing the youth unemployment.
