Training course "Erasmus +and Us" will take place in Rezekne, Latvia. Training course will last 7 days from 20th till 26th August 2014. The whole project duration is 9 months. European Association "World-Our Home" will host 30 participants from 12 Programme Countries and 14 Organisations from- Latvia,Malta, Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Turkey, France, Cyprus. Participants will be youth workers, youth leaders, leaders of the organisations and young people actively working and involved in Youth in Action Programme in previous years. Our main aim with this training is to increase the capacity of European NGOs together with fostering long term collaboration between EU organizations in the framework of "Erasmus +" and to promote and develop structures and instruments for high quality and sustainable projects in the future. Project will empower youth organizations for a new programme "Erasmus +" for creation of high quality projects in the future, based on the mutual cooperation and experience, and facilitating and promoting a broad-based and successful partnership. This training is designed to give participants the opportunity to share their experience and "know-how" within new programme, to arrange new contacts, to strengthen and structure the cooperation among the partners for future projects, as well as to increase understanding of European citizenship and democracy and to share the values of the European Union as well to identify factors and resources which are useful in undertaking initiative and entrepreneurial activities by young people. During this training different workshops, discussions, presentations, round tables, games, team work will be organized in order to get participants familiar with: each other; every organizations' work and experience in Youth in Action programme and new programme "Erasmus +" (it's key activities, priorities, objectives and particular possibilities), with new approaches in youth work . For the purpose of fulfilling our last objective we plan to involve external trainer from Latvian National Agency who can give us a bigger and better insight in new programme and it's possibilities for different NGOs. We believe this will lead to over all improvement of participating organizations' work with new programme by giving them practical information and useful tools in new programm Erasmus +.
