The participants of the program were fifty people with special need and fewer opportunities who were unable to participate in activities with equal opportunities. This program involved young people and their 22 attendants-caregivers. The active participation in the program gave these young people the opportunity to develop a number of useful skills, such as self-empowerment through taking initiatives related to both entrepreneurship and upgrading social skills (communication, dialogue, multiculturalism). Their participation provided them an excellent opportunity to achieve fuller social integration, develop their personality and personal skills (self-motivation, crisis management, decision making, self-control, self-management, promotion of healthy behavior). The informal learning that took place through everyday activities, entertainment and sports enabled them to improve their personal profile and to strengthen family and friendship bonds. Furthermore, these activities promoted volunteerism and cultivated an intercultural tradition under the vision of a united EU and equal participation of citizens. Young people had an excellent opportunity to meet specialists from areas related to the subject or the activity that they were taught and improved their knowledge on that area through scientific training. Moreover, through the peer-teaching method they further improved and cultivated their personal skills. Then, through teamwork activities, they were in the position to interact, manage the educational material and cooperate on the principles of team spirit, respect for human personality and democratic dialogue. Through the program we achieved an important objective, namely the young people were provided with comprehensive training of cultivation techniques, methods of processing and packaging in order to transfer specific knowledge in these areas. This modern business plan was based on innovative actions that improve both the educational level and the business profile of the participants (management of economic resources, improvement of infrastructure, development of further projects etc.).
