The Project "EPGE on the move - Towards Europe!" sets a new phase in the life of the Community EPGE of Entroncamento, namely its turn towards Europe and towards the world as an inexhaustible source of information and as a scenario of action. We want to enable us to work in international contexts and environments, recognizing in this situation a surplus value to everyone: students, teachers, technicians and for the school itself. We believe that the European project is made of senses and feelings: you must feel it. Thus, the mobility is essential to allow our students and our professionals to experience Europe and to incorporate their values, therefore developing a self identity and attitude.This project includes students and graduates mobility, involving in its first stage 10 youngsters, and embraces a multidisciplinary team that in EPGE will assume the responsibility for integrating in daily life the European dimension. We are counting on this project to actively contribute to the development of our internationalization in order to increase the employability and the success of our youngsters and also to reduce the dropout rates.We believe that in what concerns the European context we have a lot to learn but also a lot to teach, and we hope that with this project we will carry out our first steps in this direction. We want to learn to do more and in a better way, having the expectation that that will empower the success of our students, since they are the reason for our existence.
