The “Fachschule für Wirtschaft” (College for Economy) at the Walter-Eucken-Schule provides the opportunity to receive a two-year commercial education with special emphasis on French or Spanish to young adults. The current project aims not only on improving the participant’s actively used language skills but also on getting to know new methods for teaching foreign languages more successfully as well as achieving a better understanding of cultural aspects. Two teachers take part at this project. They are teaching at our "Fachschule für Wirtschaft". For this reason a strong emphasis is placed on using modern, innovative teaching methods and techniques for the education of young adults in both foreign languages (French/Spanish). We attach special importance to the improvement of all skills that help to organize and coordinate international activities with foreign partners in order to promote better intercultural communication and collaboration. New established contacts with international partners should be kept alive via e-twinning and social networks.
