ECEU “Enterprising Competence – EU” will try to detect the enterprising competences (knowledge, abilities, and skills), developed in non formal and informal areas, by women of different groups in 10 European countries, helping to generate self-employment and employment. The proposed tools will create a rigorous process of identification and validation of those competences. A European identification and validation of competences model and working suitcases in 3 areas are planned: (1) a methodological suitcase to support advising to the creation of business. This will be validating in Spain. (2) a pedagogical suitcase to promote enterprising skill in vocational training courses. The modular methodology will be validated in Austria. (3) a methodological suitcase for the human resources management and professional career. The products will be available, in paper form and presented and disseminated in English, Spanish and German through the web site of each partner, and activities like TV presentation, articles and publications in newspapers, seminars and exhibitions. 15 important actors of the training and professional sectors from Spain, Germany, Denmark, Czech Republic, Greece, France, Italy, Austria, Portugal and United Kingdom are involved.
