>>>>ALLOW EACH TEACHER TO BE ABLE TO TEACH SPANISH IN HIS CLASSROOM >>>We must develop the language skills of teachers, allowing them to appropriate new methods and teaching tools and foster links with other teachers with similar needs.So far, teachers are self trained on their personal time, sometimes with holiday stays in Spanish-speaking countries. They have individually improved skills, but in the school context, sharing times are limited.The entire Bizanet school teaching staff is involved in this project.Participants in the mobility action: 9 school teachers.This mobility project will allow participants to progress and gain benchmarks, consistent, shared and mutualisable methods and tools. Language activities allow better control of Spanish and educational components and will develop the team resources..This should result in a confidence-building and the development of individual and staff skills, relevant to the purpose of the action.This training will benefit to the whole teamwork that will allow :+> The presentation and implementation of tools and methods gained to all school teachers.+> The development of competency frameworks+> The management of teaching Spanish by all the school's teachersWe would observe the following effects on students:+> Improvement in oral and written students' skills +> Increased student involvement in the Spanish school's actions, common to all students of the school or in connection with the college.+> Development and perpetuation of exchanges and connections with Spanish-speaking classes (currently in the Canary), by email, videoconferencing, etc.
