The project aims to strengthen cooperation between countries in vocational education and training, and the acquisition and transfer of knowledge between them. The plan will involve craftsmen and workers in crafts from the Prefecture of Thessaloniki food processing industry. Main activity of the project is the training of workers and employers of local crafts, through observation and participation in labor practices in their respective businesses in the partner countries, following implementation of seminars and workshops on topics relative with the methods applied in the production process, ensuring product quality and development of customer relationships. Particular field will be specific foods that either do not contain gluten, whether aimed at diabetics. The expected results of the project relate to the training of craftsmen in the production process issues, legislation, product safety and customer relationships, enhancing security policies implemented in their production processes participating crafts. The mobility activities will take place in crafts-members of the Chamber of Crafts of Adrianople falling within the food processing industry. The mobility activities will take place October 2015

Events dissemination of results
Implementation of seminars openness, entrepreneurship, providing certifications job profiles, import, processing first and second materials, packaging, distributing products and outsourcing (outsourcing)
Making workshops on meeting the requirements from customers craftsmen
Visits to manufacturing crafts of the region of Edirne
Seminars for professional contour certifications, business administration, marketing, advertising and search of investment opportunities
RESULTS
40 trained and certified craftsmen in food processing issues
Participating crafts upgrade their extroversion and certified to internationally recognized standards, familiar with export activities, enhance human resources
Fostering new business processes and new opportunities created synergies (clusters) with the consolidation of a new entrepreneurial culture through the exchange of experience
