The 1st day was dedicated to the meeting of the participants and the definition of the themes of the seminary(seminar). To the program: games(sets) of knowledge, linguistic communication and nonverbal communication, animation of a participative snack by every delegation from ingredients returned for that purpose. Presentation(Display) of the open space technology method of work then the definition of the subjects which would be handled(treated) during the seminary(seminar) from an initial question " to Be young today, what challenges? " 6 themes stood out(went out again): · Environment · Integration · Politics(Policy) and globalization · Employment(Use) · Education · Communication 1st debriefing with the referents of the groups. The 2nd day was dedicated to the group work on 5 themes; the day included two grands time: · the discussion free of the group on the subject, the expression of recommendations or questioning then their formulation written for the elected representatives of the General Council of the Haut-Rhin, · the work in connection with the artists to illustrate and translate these ideas under artistic form. A balance sheet of the day with the referents of the various delegations is organized then a sports evening à la carte with in particular friendly tournaments of basketball, table tennis. The 3rd day was dedicated to the meeting and to the exchange with members of General Council of the Haut-Rhin. After a presentation(display) of places and institution, the young people were able to sit in the semicircle(French National Assembly) instead of the elected representatives; The afternoon was intended to prepare the final return(restoration) and to end the creative and artistic presentation(display) of the ideas. During the public return(restoration), the young people were able to exchange with the following elected representatives: sirs, DELMONT and MIEHE members of General Council and mister HARTMANN Vice président du conseil général. They presented in a oral way the fruit of their lasting discussions 5 min, then in a artistic lasting way 5 min, then had a dialogue with the elected representatives, and the lasting assistance(audience) 10 min. The chosen modes of expression were the theater the music mime. At the end of this final return, a dining apéritif was proposed the rest of the evening was free. The last day was intended in the morning for a discovery of Mulhouse thanks to thematic circuits proposed by the young councillors(advisers). Then the time(weather) of evaluation was moved forward at the end of morning considering the departure in the beginning of APM by several delegations. The seminary(seminar) ended at 3 pm.
