The project intends to produce a methodology based on quality principles for introducing, in secondary and professional schools with a strong presence of immigrant students, an organisational structure and “services” that will enable to improve student success rates. The specific aims of this project are to produce tools for self-assessment of learning processes and learning-related services, to promote and disseminate an organisational culture of quality as a tool for ethical development in the organisation of schools, to generate the exchange of good management practices in the target sector, to satisfy the target groups and foster integration and inclusion within schools. The main target group comprises students from non-EU countries. The project foresees a test phase for the validation of results.
