The social mission which separates social entrepreneurship from normal entrepreneurship represents an extremely potent method for youth workers. It is important to make trainings on this topic at European level. By the project we will create a network of inspired and motivated people that can work at local and international level, supporting each other in their own and projects growth. The main goal of the project is to indicate importance of education on social entrepreneurship and empowering entrepreneurial spirit among young people by showing participants methods such as effective communication, creative thinking, conflict resolution, team work, how to develop and successfully lead social enterprise. The countries involved in the project are 10: Empower Entrepreneurial Spirit: Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Spain, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Croatia, Italy. The project will gather 30 participants -youth workers, volunteers from partner organizations.THE OBJECTIVES of the project are:- to develop new skills and competences of youth workers on creativity thinking, effective communication, social entrepreneurship;- To share good practices on social entrepreneurship between partner organizations and countries involved as a source of inspiration for partner organizations,- to develop personal and professional competences of youth workers, using the methods learnt, and being able to act as multipliers,- to enhance capacity of partner organizations in terms of social entrepreneurship,- to create a practical guide with methods on empowering entrepreneurial spirit that youth workers can use in their daily work;- To raise awareness about the importance of social entrepreneurship education among partner organisations and widely in local communities,- To strengthen partnership and create trustful net of transnational cooperation in the field of Youth under Erasmus + Programme, and in order to improve the quality in future projects;The project foreseen two international activities:A1 - Training Course in Olsztynek, Poland, from 1st till 9th of September 2016 (including travel days)Hosting Partner: SEN Stowarzyszenie Edukacji NieformalnejParticipants: 30 (3 youth workers from each country) Trainers/Facilitators: 3 (mixed team), Support staff: 1 personA2 - Seminar in Zagreb, Croatia, from 24th to 31st of March 2016 (including travel days)Hosting Partner: Centar za Izvrsnost u RazvojuParticipants: 30 (3 youth workers from each country) Trainers/Facilitators: 3 (mixed team), Support staff: 1 personWORKING METHODS used during both events will be based of non-formal education, with active participation of the participants , supported by 3 trainers with large experience in NFE. We will have presentations, debates, working in small groups, learning by doing, active participation, simulations games, role play games, evaluations, study visits. etc.The participants will develop the following competences:1 Gain knowledge and experience in different areas, but specially in social entrepreneurship, communication, creativity and sense of initiative;2 Increased skills or achievements intangible, like self-confidence, better language skills, raise of motivation, team cooperation, awareness of other cultures, communication, management, time management, sense of initiative, develop partnerships3 Improve their professional career, the quality of their work and the employability opportunities4 Motivation and skills to act as multipliers,5 Have tangible results which they can use at a long term: approaches to solve a problem and practical tools or products (Guide, online tools, guidelines, reports, evaluations, certificates, etc.).And the organizations will benefit with:1 Positive reputation effects for the participating organisations, trhought the visibility they will acquire;2 Increased awareness and competences of their staff, specially in social entrepreneurship and sense of initiative.3 Better qualified staff and youth workers4 Strengthen the network of European Partners and enhance capacity and performace of their organisations in the filed of social entrepreneurship and promotion of entrepreneurial spirit among youth.As a result of the project youth workers will develop new skills as a social entrepreneurs and deepen understanding of the importance of education on social entrepreneurship. They will deepen the sense of entrepreneurship and responsibility of their work among their target groups. Due to improvement and professionalize of their work they will be more attractive and more influential in their community, thus they will bring more attention to concerning social issues and engage more people in their work. The results of the project will be shared on social media platforms and websites. The entire outcome will serve as a basis for future cooperation among participants who will find potential future partners working in the same field of interest.
